Riverside, CA (January 22, 2026) – An accident involving a white Toyota Corolla and a white RAM pickup caused injuries and traffic disruption at the Van Buren Blvd on-ramp to westbound SR-91 on January 22. The collision occurred around 2:13 PM and triggered immediate response from Riverside Fire Department and local emergency medical services.
The vehicles involved came to rest on the right shoulder, and an iPhone crash detection notification was among the first alerts that brought attention to the scene. Shortly after, CHP dispatch updated the incident to reflect confirmed injuries, prompting paramedics to respond for medical evaluation and care.
Authorities requested towing assistance to clear the scene, and Interstate Tow was dispatched to recover at least one of the damaged vehicles. The full extent of injuries has not yet been disclosed, but responders worked quickly to assist those affected.
