Atascadero, CA (January 22, 2026) – An afternoon collision involving two vehicles caused injuries and traffic disruption on El Camino Real near Random Oaks Dr on January 22. The incident occurred just before 3:00 PM and prompted a response from local fire crews, emergency medical personnel, and CHP officers.
According to dispatch information, the crash blocked the northbound lane of El Camino Real, where both vehicles came to a stop. Fire personnel arrived first to secure the area, and paramedics evaluated those involved for injuries. The specific number and severity of injuries have not yet been confirmed.
