Liberty Twp, OH (January 22, 2026) – A head-on collision involving three vehicles sent two individuals to the hospital early on Thursday morning in Liberty Township, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities responded to the 7700 block of Summerlin Ave shortly after midnight following reports of a multi-vehicle crash. A 19-year-old man, who was operating one of the vehicles involved, reportedly struck a parked car head-on. The impact resulted in injuries to both the driver and his female passenger.
Butler County Fire and EMS units arrived promptly and rendered aid to the injured pair. Both individuals were transported to West Chester Hospital with injuries that were described as minor. Officials confirmed that the injuries did not appear life-threatening.
Law enforcement cited the teen driver for failure to maintain control of his vehicle. The crash did not involve any signs of impairment, according to sheriff’s office personnel. Traffic in the area was briefly impacted as responders worked to clear the scene and ensure the safety of those involved.
