Windermere, FL (January 23, 2026) – A traffic accident with reported injuries caused a roadblock early Friday morning in Windermere at the intersection of Reams Rd and Peachtree Park Ct.
The crash occurred around 8:42 a.m., according to the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles traffic incident report. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to assist those injured and manage the blocked roadway.
At least one person was hurt in the crash and received medical attention on site. It is not yet known if any victims required transport to a hospital, and officials have not released information regarding the number of vehicles involved.
Reams Rd was blocked for a period as crews worked to treat victims and remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway. Traffic was significantly impacted in the area until the scene was cleared.
