Syracuse, NY (January 23, 2026) – A traffic collision with reported injuries took place on Thursday at the intersection of Onondaga Ave and Cheney St in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse, drawing a response from local emergency services.
The crash occurred during daytime hours and involved at least two vehicles. Responding medics assessed one or more individuals for injuries at the scene. While the extent of those injuries has not been officially released, at least one person required further medical evaluation.
