Dunklin, MO (January 23, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident early on Thursday morning left both drivers with injuries after a collision on Missouri TT approximately three miles south of Rives, according to authorities with Troop E of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 6:10 a.m. when a 2019 Toyota Corolla, driven by a 30-year-old man from Kennett, was traveling southbound and crossed the center of the roadway. The vehicle struck a northbound 2013 Ford F-150 driven by a 62-year-old man from Blytheville, Arkansas. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene by local services.
Emergency personnel transported the Toyota driver by ambulance to Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, while the Ford driver was taken to the same facility via private vehicle. Reports confirm both men were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident and suffered injuries.
Cpl. B. W. Emerson is leading the investigation into the cause of the collision. Authorities have not confirmed what led to the centerline crossing.
