Albuquerque, NM (January 23, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched early on Thursday afternoon to a traffic collision with reported injuries at the intersection of University Boulevard Southeast and Gibson Boulevard Southeast in Albuquerque. The incident occurred around 1:19 p.m.
Engine 2 and Rescue 2 responded to the scene, where at least one individual required medical attention following the crash. While the severity of the injuries has not been officially confirmed, the presence of both fire and rescue units suggests the need for immediate care.
