Madison, AL (January 26, 2026) – Four individuals were hospitalized following a vehicle wreck that occurred on Sunday night on Interstate 565 near Exit 10 in Madison, according to emergency officials.
The collision took place around 8:50 p.m. on January 25, prompting a response from HEMSI and local authorities. Upon arrival, crews assessed the scene and provided aid to those injured in the crash. All four patients were transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
According to HEMSI spokesperson Don Webster, two individuals were taken to Huntsville Hospital’s emergency department, while the other two were transported to Madison Hospital. Emergency personnel confirmed that all injuries were non-life-threatening.
Traffic in the area was temporarily affected as responders worked to clear the scene and ensure roadway safety. Details about the number of vehicles involved or the events leading up to the collision have not been released.
