Los Angeles, CA (January 26, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of Sunset Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd on January 25 resulted in injuries to at least four individuals, according to emergency dispatch audio. The crash occurred during the afternoon hours and prompted a large emergency response, including multiple rescue and engine units.
Emergency crews from Engine and Rescue 27, along with Rescue 76, were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, responders confirmed the need for additional ALS (Advanced Life Support) transport units due to the number of patients requiring urgent care. LAPD was also present, and traffic support was requested to manage the intersection during the response.
All four injured parties required advanced transport, and officials coordinated additional units to ensure timely medical assistance. The extent of injuries sustained has not yet been publicly disclosed, and the events leading to the crash remain under investigation.
