Ozaukee County, WI (January 26, 2026) – At least one person was injured in a crash on the southbound lanes of I-43 just north of Silver Spring Drive on January 25. The collision occurred during a period of hazardous road conditions, with multiple accidents reported along the same corridor.
Authorities stated that lanes 1 and 3 were affected by the crash, which was one of over five incidents along I-43 in a short timeframe. First responders arrived on scene to assist the injured and manage traffic flow through the slick and dangerous stretch between Brown Deer and Silver Spring.
