Groton, CT (January 27, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Saturday morning to a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection of Long Hill Road and Route 12 in Groton, where at least one person sustained injuries.
The incident occurred around 11:38 a.m. on January 24. Dispatch communications indicated that at least three vehicles were involved in the collision, prompting a response from both fire and ambulance units. Medical personnel arrived on scene to assess those involved. While some individuals declined transport, at least one injury was confirmed.
Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as responders worked to secure the scene and remove damaged vehicles. The full extent of injuries and vehicle damage has not yet been disclosed.
