Arcadia, CA (January 28, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 210 near the Huntington Dr off-ramp caused injuries and significant traffic disruption Tuesday night, prompting a SigAlert and extended lane closures.
The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. and involved at least three vehicles, including a full-size tow truck, a Lexus sedan, and another passenger vehicle. The crash blocked the HOV and two left lanes, creating a backup on the westbound side of the freeway. Fire crews and emergency personnel responded swiftly to the scene.
Authorities confirmed that at least one person was injured in the collision and received medical treatment. The extent of those injuries has not been disclosed. Firefighters temporarily held all lanes while they assessed hazards and provided assistance.
Tow services were dispatched to handle multiple damaged vehicles, including one tow truck with a broken front axle. Officials issued a SigAlert indicating that the affected lanes would remain closed for approximately 90 minutes to allow for vehicle recovery and scene cleanup.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash, including whether lane merging or reduced visibility played a role. Motorists were advised to avoid the area during the response.
We send our well wishes to those injured and hope for a safe and swift recovery.
