Philadelphia, PA (January 28, 2026) – A 54-year-old woman sustained multiple injuries following an auto-pedestrian collision in Philadelphia during the early morning hours of January 27. The incident occurred near a local hospital, and the injured woman was quickly transported to Ironside Hospital for trauma care.
Emergency personnel reported that the victim’s vital signs were stable upon assessment. Although initially noted as having no loss of consciousness, responders later described it as “questionable LOC,” indicating some concern over possible head trauma.
There was no indication that the woman was on blood thinners, and she remained responsive during transport. The ambulance had an estimated arrival time of approximately six minutes to Ironside Hospital, where trauma staff were prepared to receive her.
