Syracuse, NY (January 29, 2026) – A traffic collision resulting in injuries was reported on Wednesday in the Westside area of Syracuse, along S Geddes St between Elliott St and W Onondaga St.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene during the afternoon hours after receiving reports of a crash involving injuries. Upon arrival, medics provided treatment to at least one individual, though the extent of the injuries has not been confirmed. Additional support from fire units may have been involved in assisting with vehicle stabilization and traffic control.
The crash occurred in a busy residential and commuter corridor, causing temporary traffic disruptions while responders managed the scene and worked to clear the roadway.
