Yucaipa, CA (January 29, 2026) – Four people were hospitalized with minor injuries following a four-vehicle rollover collision Tuesday afternoon on the eastbound 10 Freeway near Yucaipa Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 12:49 p.m. on January 27. CHP officials received a report from one of the involved parties, who stated that their vehicle had overturned during the crash and that nearby Good Samaritans were helping them escape the wreckage.
Emergency crews arrived to find a black SUV resting on its roof in the fast lane. Along with the overturned SUV, a black Mercedes sedan was also involved and later towed from the scene.
All four individuals who sustained injuries were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their injuries were described as minor.
Several lanes of the freeway were closed as crews worked to clear the scene and assist those involved. All lanes were reopened by approximately 1:43 p.m.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
