Bridgeport, CT (January 29, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a traffic collision near Grant Street on Wednesday evening, where one individual was injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The incident was reported around 8:15 p.m., according to dispatch audio. Upon arrival, crews assessed the scene and provided medical attention to at least one person involved in the crash. The injured party was transported from the scene for further care. The nature of the injury has not yet been disclosed.
After medical assistance was rendered, the roadway was cleared, and the incident was turned over to police for continued investigation and follow-up.
