Muscle Shoals, AL (January 29, 2026) – Several individuals were injured Tuesday afternoon in a multi-person traffic accident on River Rd in Muscle Shoals, prompting emergency crews to close the roadway for a period of time while the scene was secured.
The collision occurred around 2:14 p.m., and involved at least two vehicles. Emergency crews from Muscle Shoals Fire and Rescue arrived promptly and began assisting those injured in the crash. According to early dispatch details, one of the drivers reportedly struck the windshield during the impact and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. Another person sustained swelling to the right knee, while a third occupant was also evaluated at the scene.
