Rochester, NY (January 30, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident with serious injuries was reported on Thursday at the intersection of Joseph Avenue and Upper Falls Boulevard in Rochester. Emergency crews responded with ALS (Advanced Life Support) resources due to the severity of the incident.
The crash occurred during the afternoon and involved at least two vehicles. Upon arrival, Rochester Fire and EMS units found one or more individuals with significant injuries requiring urgent medical intervention. ALS personnel provided advanced care on-site before transporting at least one patient to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
