San Diego, CA (January 30, 2026) – A multi-patient accident on California State Route 905 prompted a significant emergency response late Wednesday night in San Diego, according to live dispatch reports. Multiple ambulances and medical teams were called to assist victims at the scene.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:01 p.m. on January 28. Emergency crews, operating under 905 Incident Command, arrived to find several individuals injured following a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles. One of the patients was identified as a 40-year-old woman requiring medical treatment. The nature and severity of her injuries, as well as those of the other patients, were not immediately disclosed.
Additional ambulances were dispatched to accommodate the number of injured individuals. It is not yet confirmed how many vehicles were involved or what led to the collision. Authorities, including the California Highway Patrol, remained at the scene to manage traffic and begin their investigation.
