Tucson, AZ (January 31, 2026) – A crash involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle occurred on Interstate 19 near Pima Mine Rd, leaving at least one person injured and causing major lane closures on January 29.
The incident was reported around 12:00 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-19 at kilometer 82. According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the collision resulted in injuries and prompted an extended shutdown of northbound traffic. Southbound lanes remained open during the response.
