Philadelphia, PA (February 2, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle accident with injuries on the evening of February 1 along the 1900 block of S Avondale St in Philadelphia. The crash occurred around 8:39 p.m. and initially prompted a medical response before being confirmed as a traffic-related incident involving at least one patient.
Medic 37 and additional emergency services were dispatched to the scene, where a patient was located and treated for injuries. Although responders noted that the situation did not qualify as a high-code emergency, care was still required on-site. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed.
