Why Early-Morning Multi-Vehicle Crashes Can Be Especially Dangerous
Crashes that occur during early morning hours often involve reduced visibility, driver fatigue, and higher travel speeds due to lighter traffic. These factors can increase the severity of collisions, especially on major interstates.
When large vehicles such as charter buses and commercial delivery vans are involved, the size and weight differences can lead to more extensive damage and a greater number of injured occupants. Investigators typically review vehicle positioning, driver actions, and roadway conditions to determine how these complex crashes unfold and how similar incidents can be prevented.
