What You Should Know About Head-On Crashes
Head-on crashes are among the most dangerous types of collisions because the direct impact between vehicles often causes severe injuries or death. Factors like high speeds, impaired driving, and poor visibility can increase the likelihood of a deadly outcome.
Safety features in vehicles, such as airbags and crumple zones, can help reduce harm, but the force of the impact remains a serious risk. Even minor loss of control can lead to catastrophic results. Understanding these risks highlights why caution, especially at night or on highways, is vital for all drivers.
