How Water Rescues Are Handled in Emergency Situations
Water rescues require rapid response, especially when a person is unresponsive. Lifeguards and rescue teams are trained to locate and retrieve individuals as quickly as possible.
Once out of the water, immediate medical care such as CPR may be necessary. Oxygen deprivation can quickly lead to life-threatening conditions.
Environmental factors like waves, currents, and footing near rocks can increase the risk of accidents in coastal areas.
