Henderson, NV (March 27, 2026) – Two riders, including a teen, were seriously injured in a crash involving a dirt bike and a truck on Thursday morning, March 26, in Henderson.
Emergency units responded to the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Water Street around 10 a.m. after the crash was reported. Upon arrival, crews assisted the injured riders and ensured the area was safe.
According to police, the dirt bike, carrying an adult and a teen, struck a truck that was stopped at a red light. Investigators said the riders were unable to complete a right turn before the collision. Both riders were taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck was not hurt in the crash. Authorities indicated that speed may have been a factor in the incident.
