Jefferson County, MO (April 8, 2026) – A 77-year-old woman died on Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Old Highway 21 near West Four Ridge Road.
The crash occurred around 1:00 p.m. when a Chevrolet Malibu failed to yield at a stop sign and entered the intersection. The Malibu was struck on the left side by a Mack GU truck. Emergency units arrived quickly, but the female driver, from Imperial, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:17 p.m.
The driver of the Mack GU was uninjured.
