Alabama, NY (February 2, 2026) – A Sunday accident involving a passenger vehicle and a snowmobile resulted in injuries in the Village of Alabama, prompting a response from fire and medical crews.
The incident occurred on Sunday, February 1, at approximately 7127 Kenyon Avenue. Scanner reports indicated that a car and a snowmobile were involved in a collision under winter conditions. Alabama Fire crews, along with Mercy Medic 2 and ALS 8, responded to the scene to assist those involved and manage the situation.
Upon arrival, responders assessed two individuals who were injured in the accident. One person, identified as being on the snowmobile, was reported to have suffered a possible broken leg. Another individual, believed to have been inside the vehicle, sustained minor injuries. Paramedics provided care at the scene and evaluated both injured parties before determining appropriate next steps for treatment.
