Initial reports indicated that fire units were dispatched to the scene following a 911 call regarding an injury crash along the rural stretch of Hwy 41. Shortly after, law enforcement confirmed a head-on collision involving multiple vehicles and urgently requested additional medical support due to the severity of the incident.
