Boulder, CO (January 19, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision near Lee Hill Dr and Deer Trail Rd resulted in injuries and a fire department response early this morning, according to dispatch reports from January 19.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene just east of the main intersection to find both vehicles off the roadway and the occupants outside of their cars. One individual was confirmed injured and received on-site medical attention. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.
During the incident, a nearby facility also experienced a fire alarm activation. After speaking with the property manager, responders determined it was accidental and unrelated to the crash. Fire and EMS units remained in the area to ensure full safety and investigate both the accident and the alarm.
Traffic in the vicinity was slowed while emergency teams managed the scene. Authorities are continuing to review the circumstances of the collision.
