Bridgeport, MI (January 12, 2026) – Multiple emergency agencies responded to an injury accident on the northbound side of I-75 near mile markers 148 and 149 in the Bridgeport area on Sunday.
The crash occurred along a stretch of I-75 where Michigan State Police, Bridgeport Volunteer Fire Department, and Mobile Medical Response (MMR) teams were all dispatched to the scene. Emergency responders worked together to manage the incident and assist those injured.
At least one person sustained injuries, though the extent of those injuries has not been confirmed. Medical crews evaluated and treated individuals at the scene, and traffic was temporarily affected as the scene was secured.
