Raritan, NJ (July 28, 2026) – A Bridgewater woman was killed after a two-SUV crash at the intersection of Route 202 and First Avenue in Raritan, according to official reports.
The crash happened around 6:29 a.m. on Monday, July 27, when Raritan police responded to the intersection and found a Genesis SUV and an Acura SUV involved. Investigators said the Genesis entered the intersection and struck the driver’s side of the Acura.
The Acura driver, a woman from Bridgewater, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Genesis left the crash site on foot but was later located by police and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The incident remains under review by authorities.
