Fire Safety Reminder for RV and Residential Properties
Fires involving recreational vehicles can spread rapidly due to fuel sources, electrical systems, and confined living spaces. Officials urge residents to ensure smoke detectors are functioning properly and to regularly inspect propane systems, wiring, and heating equipment in RVs and homes.
Firefighters also recommend maintaining clear evacuation routes and keeping fire extinguishers accessible in both residential structures and recreational vehicles.
