CAMP SPRINGS, Prince George's County, Md., Sept. 20, 2026 — A man died early Saturday morning, September 19, after being struck by a vehicle on Allentown Road in Camp Springs. The driver left the scene before officers arrived.
Prince George's County police said officers were called to the 6300 block of Allentown Road around 12:30 a.m. for a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle. Arriving officers found an adult man in the roadway and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The vehicle involved did not stop, according to police, and the driver has not been identified. Investigators have not released details on what led up to the crash.
