Chester, VA (January 6, 2026) – A pre-dawn vehicle collision in Chester resulted in injuries and emergency response efforts early Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported at approximately 1:38 a.m. in the 1800 block of Coxendale Rd. Chesterfield County emergency units responded quickly to the scene, where they assisted individuals who had sustained injuries in the wreck. Paramedics rendered medical attention on-site, and at least one person was evaluated for further care.
The accident occurred on January 6 and caused temporary travel delays as police secured the area and began examining the circumstances of the crash. Officials have not confirmed how many vehicles were involved, but noted that injuries were reported and an active investigation is underway.
