Cincinnati, OH (January 24, 2026) – A serious crash involving a semi-truck and a white four-door sedan occurred on southbound I-75 near an off-ramp exit in Cincinnati on January 23, leaving one man trapped in a vehicle and another with a reported head injury.
Emergency responders arrived on scene after initial 911 calls reported the collision and possible entrapment. Upon arrival, crews confirmed that one male occupant was pinned inside a vehicle and required immediate extrication. Another man involved in the crash was alert but complained of head pain and was evaluated on-site by paramedics.
The impact of the crash caused significant disruption to traffic on I-75 southbound as fire, EMS, and police coordinated to stabilize the scene and provide urgent care to both victims.
