Clark, MO (January 15, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning resulted in injuries to an 85-year-old man after his pickup collided with another vehicle on Route D, approximately four miles south of Wyaconda.
The collision occurred at around 7:50 a.m. in rural Clark County. According to a report by Trooper Wilson #984 of Troop B, a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado traveling westbound, failed to properly observe traffic and turned into the path of an eastbound 2004 Dodge Stratus. The Dodge struck the Chevrolet, leading to significant damage to both vehicles.
Responding to the crash were Clark County Sheriff’s deputies, Clark County Ambulance personnel, and Trooper Horrell #448. Emergency medical crews evaluated those involved, and the driver of the Chevrolet, an elderly man from Williamstown, suffered injuries. He was transported by private vehicle to Scotland County Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Both vehicles sustained total damage and were removed from the scene by their respective owners. Authorities have not identified any other injuries or citations at this time.
