Columbus, OH (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Tuesday to a vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of S Wheatland Ave and W Mound St on the west side of Columbus.

The crash occurred during the day and involved at least two vehicles. Paramedics arrived quickly to provide aid to those injured. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.

Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as first responders worked to stabilize the scene and remove the damaged vehicles. Witnesses noted visible vehicle damage and a strong emergency presence.
