Columbus, OH (January 13, 2026) – A deadly multi-vehicle crash occurred Monday afternoon on the collector road off Interstate 270 North leading to the Easton Way exit, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
The collision involved several vehicles and led to the closure of the exit ramp into the Easton area. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and confirmed that one person was pronounced dead on-site. Additional medical support was provided to others involved, though no further injuries have been officially detailed.
Authorities have not yet released the cause of the crash, and the investigation remains ongoing. The area was closed to traffic for an extended period as police conducted a crash reconstruction and cleared debris from the roadway.
