Cresaptown, MD (January 30, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident with injuries late on Wednesday morning at the intersection of McMullen Highway and Jared Drive in Cresaptown.
The collision was reported at approximately 11:49 a.m., prompting the deployment of units RE47, R9, and M399 to the location. First responders arrived promptly to assess the situation and provide medical assistance to those involved.
At least one person sustained injuries as a result of the crash. Emergency medical personnel provided treatment on-site, and additional care was arranged as needed. The extent of injuries and the number of vehicles involved have not yet been confirmed by authorities.
Traffic in the area was temporarily affected while the scene was secured and cleared. Local law enforcement is continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
