Cutler Bay, FL (April 16, 2026) – A man lost his life after being struck by a vehicle early on Wednesday, April 15, in Cutler Bay. The crash occurred around 3:46 a.m. along U.S. Route 1 near Southwest 184th Street.
Emergency units responded to the scene and found the victim with severe injuries. Despite efforts at the location, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said the vehicle involved was a Kia sport utility vehicle traveling in the southbound lanes.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released. The roadway was closed for approximately two hours as crews worked at the scene before reopening to traffic.
