Pollock Pines, CA (August 19, 2026) – A cyclist suffered minor injuries, including a small laceration to the chin and chest pain, after being struck by a vehicle in the Safeway parking lot on Pony Express Trail on Wednesday afternoon, August 18, according to dispatch logs. The wreck was reported around 3:59 p.m.
The cyclist was taken to Marshall Medical Center for treatment.
