Denver, CO (August 7, 2026) – A driver died on Thursday after another driver ran a stop sign and struck their vehicle at East 17th Avenue Parkway and Glencoe Street in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, according to the Denver Police Department. The crash happened just before 1:30 p.m. when the at-fault driver, heading north on Glencoe, ran the stop sign and collided with the victim’s car, sending it into a tree.
The at-fault driver was cited for careless driving resulting in death. The investigation remains ongoing.
