Acton Township, MN (July 25, 2026) – A driver was left injured after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 12 near 560th Avenue in Acton Township. The collision was reported at about 12:56 p.m. on Thursday, July 23.
A 2018 Freightliner boom truck and a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox were traveling westbound on Highway 12 near 560th Avenue when they collided. 26-year-old Jared Harvey Scholz of Litchfield drove the Freightliner. A 34-year-old passenger, Nathan Alan Glmsdal of Litchfield, was also inside the truck. Neither person reported injuries.
The Chevrolet Equinox was driven by 29-year-old Willow Brooke Sturtz of Paynesville, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital.
