Sheboygan, WI (July 27, 2026) – A 14-year-old boy lost his life after an e-bike and sedan collision at the intersection of South 25th Street and Broadway Avenue in Sheboygan on Saturday, July 25, shortly before 5 p.m.
According to police, the teen, who was visiting from the Beloit area, was riding an e-bike south on South 25th Street when he entered the intersection without stopping at the posted stop sign. A westbound sedan driven by a 25-year-old Sheboygan man then struck the e-bike.
Emergency units took the boy to a nearby hospital, where he died a short time later from his injuries. The sedan driver was uninjured, remained at the scene, and cooperated fully with investigators.
Police collected evidence and spoke with several witnesses during the investigation. Officials also asked the public to respect the privacy of the families affected during this difficult time.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation as investigators continue reviewing the available evidence.
