Plainfield, CT (August 24, 2026) – Multiple people were reported injured early on Saturday morning, August 22, in a crash on northbound Interstate 395 near mile marker 34. The incident was reported at approximately 3:29 a.m.
The initial alert stated that emergency crews were at the scene of a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Three ambulances and a paramedic were requested. One vehicle was also reported to have left the area.
Investigators continue reviewing available information to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash and the reported departure of one vehicle. We hope everyone injured recovers fully.
