San Antonio, TX (July 24, 2026) – Five people were hurt on Thursday night, July 23, after a head-on crash involving an SUV and a truck on Blanco Road near Midnight Drive in San Antonio.
The collision happened at approximately 10 p.m. after one of the vehicles was traveling in the wrong direction on the roadway, according to deputies. The SUV and truck collided head-on, leaving five people with injuries.
Two people suffered critical injuries, while three others were expected to recover. Investigators have not released which vehicle was traveling the wrong way at the time of the crash.
