Flathead Co., MT (April 3, 2026) – A head-on crash along Highway 93 left one person dead on April 2 in Flathead County.
The collision occurred shortly before 7:30 p.m. near mile marker 96. Authorities reported that a Ford Transit van traveling northbound attempted to pass another vehicle when it entered the southbound lane and collided with an oncoming Honda Accord.
The driver of the Honda Accord was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford Transit van was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries.
