FORT WORTH, Tarrant County, Texas, Sept. 20, 2026 — A pedestrian died on Saturday night, September 19, after being struck by a vehicle in the 11000 block of Timberland Blvd in north Fort Worth.
Fort Worth police and fire crews were sent to the scene around 7:54 p.m. Responding officers found a pedestrian who had been hit by a vehicle. The person was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's identity has not been released.
The driver stayed at the scene after the crash and is reportedly cooperating with investigators. No charges have been announced.
