Grandview, TX (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Saturday to a serious rollover crash on FM 916 just west of Grandview in Johnson County, resulting in at least one person being airlifted to a Fort Worth hospital.

The accident occurred on January 18, prompting a joint response from the Grandview Fire Department, CareFlite EMS, and local law enforcement. According to reports, the crash involved a vehicle that rolled over along FM 916, leading to significant injuries.

Due to the severity of the incident, a CareFlite medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene and successfully airlifted one patient to a trauma center in Fort Worth for emergency treatment. The victim’s condition has not yet been made public.

Traffic delays were expected in the area as crews worked to clear the wreckage and conduct an initial investigation into the cause of the crash.
