Why Motorcycle Crashes on Curves Can Be Especially Dangerous
Motorcycle crashes often occur on curves where balance and control are critical. Changes in speed or road surface can make it harder for riders to maintain stability.
When a motorcycle leaves the roadway, the risk of overturning increases. Riders may be thrown from the bike, which can lead to serious or fatal injuries due to direct impact with the ground.
Protective gear can reduce the risk of injury, but it cannot fully prevent harm in high-impact situations. Curved roads require careful handling, steady speed, and full attention to reduce the likelihood of losing control.
